Alexis Williams, PA-C is an NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant. Born and raised in Pascagoula, Mississippi, Alexis graduated Salutatorian and served as Student Body President at Resurrection Catholic High School.
Alexis went on to attend the University of Mississippi, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, with a minor in Biology. While at Ole Miss, she co-founded the university's first Pre-Physician Assistant Society. She graduated summa cum laude in 2021 and was inducted into both the Beta Beta Beta Biological Honor Society and the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society in recognition of her academic achievement.
Pursuing her passion for medicine, Alexis continued her education at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. During PA school, she completed eight clinical rotations across diverse medical specialties, including Medical and Surgical Dermatology. She also served on student government as the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AАРА) Representative.
Following graduation, Alexis returned home to Pascagoula, where she completed advanced training in dermatology under Dr. Hughes at Premier Dermatology before joining the practice full-time in 2024. She is a Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and maintains active membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Mississippi Society of Dermatology PAs (MSDP).
Outside of her professional life, Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She loves dancing, boating along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and reading. With a strong foundation in academic excellence and compassionate patient care, Alexis is dedicated to delivering high-quality dermatologic care to her community.
